PARENTS GUIDELINES

​

  • Parents have indispensable role to play.it is the collective effort of child, parents and teachers which actualizes what is expected of education.

​

  • You are advised to continuously monitor the ward’s progress.

​

  • Students are not allowed to bring any sharp instrument to school.

​

  • You must check the diary each day for any entry and pay attention towards your ward at the time of doing homework

​

  • You must send your ward in clean, well groomed and proper uniform with shoes well polished.Students who are not in proper uniform will not be allowed to enter their classrooms and may be sent home.

​

  • You must spend daily sufficient time with your ward to ensure a good level of understanding.

​

  • You must give your ward proper lunch e.g dates, parathas, any vegetable, pickle and any fruit. Snacks, toffees, chocolates should not be a part of lunch. So avoid giving them. Lunch will not be taken during school hours.

​

  • You are not allowed to take your ward during school hours.

​

  • Lending or borrowing of money or other articles is not permitted.

​

  • The School reserves the right to issue TC to students on the ground of indisciplinary activities.

​

  • No book, (other than text books or library books) magazine or paper may be brought to school without the Class teacher’s permission.

​

  • You are requested not to provide cycles to your ward upto class III. Bike or scooty is not allowed for students.

​

  • Only parents are invited to attend the Parents Teacher Meeting. (  Tutors and other relatives are not allowed to attend the meeting).you have to bring your ward in proper school uniform in PTM along with you.

​

  • To show Fee card is compulsory for the meeting

​

  • You have to submit the fee of your ward by the end of every month otherwise name of the student will be struck off from the school.

​

  • Children, when sick, should not be sent to school to attend classes. The parents can not hold the institution responsible for any claims arising through illness and accident.

​

  • Parents are required to inform the school office, if there is any change in their address, telephone numbers and other relevant information, immediately.
